Millionlights rolls out its workforce development programs in the UK. Our first batch of Cloud Engineers has started this week in Birmingham.
It is a 90 day immersive program where we will be teaching the learner with a combination of self paced learning, virtual classes, online labs, realtime custom made projects and a week of face to face interaction with our SME and a Master Trainer.
We are using Azure as the stack and courseware created by Microsoft for our training programs
The client is a large tech giant and we are responsible for up-skilling their new recruits on the Cloud / Full Stack Developers / MS Dynamics /Integration Engineers and other verticals.
Our mandate is to train upwards of 1500 people in the next 2 years.
We have leveraged content by Microsoft and added our services on top of it to ensure that all the learners are equipped with the right skills needed for their jobs.
Millionlights will be taking this model to other clients in India and the US - workforce development at scale.
Corporate retraining and re-skilling is a major challenge for most large and medium sized companies.
We are gearing up to be at the forefront of this change.
